Ingredients

For 2 Liter Pitcher

  • 6 tsp Dandelion Leaves, dried (4.02g)
  • 6 tsp Basil, dried (5.56g)
  • 5 1/4 tsp Mint, dried (4.17g)
  • 30 Allspice Berries, crushed (2.86g)

For 1.5 Liter Pitcher

  • 4 tsp Dandelion Leaves, dried (2.75g)
  • 4 tsp Basil, dried (3.44g)
  • 3 1/2 tsp Mine, dried (2.6g)
  • 20 Allspice Berries, crushed (1.96g)

Instructions

  • Use a mortar and pestle to crush the Dandelion Leaves to a size similar to the other ingredients, if needed.
  • Use a mortar and pestle to crush/bruise the Allspice Berries.
  • Using a tea envelope, an infuser, or nothing add all of the ingredients to the desired pitcher.
  • Fill the picture with cold water, and allow to cold-brew in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and strain out the ingredients.  Give the pitcher a stir before pouring.
