Ingredients
For 2 Liter Pitcher
- 6 tsp Dandelion Leaves, dried (4.02g)
- 6 tsp Basil, dried (5.56g)
- 5 1/4 tsp Mint, dried (4.17g)
- 30 Allspice Berries, crushed (2.86g)
For 1.5 Liter Pitcher
- 4 tsp Dandelion Leaves, dried (2.75g)
- 4 tsp Basil, dried (3.44g)
- 3 1/2 tsp Mine, dried (2.6g)
- 20 Allspice Berries, crushed (1.96g)
Instructions
- Use a mortar and pestle to crush the Dandelion Leaves to a size similar to the other ingredients, if needed.
- Use a mortar and pestle to crush/bruise the Allspice Berries.
- Using a tea envelope, an infuser, or nothing add all of the ingredients to the desired pitcher.
- Fill the picture with cold water, and allow to cold-brew in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator and strain out the ingredients. Give the pitcher a stir before pouring.
