Ingredients
- 3/8 tsp. Dandelion Leaves (0.33 g)
- 3/4 tsp. Rose Hips (2.10 g)
- 1/2 tsp. Lemongrass (0.57 g)
- 1/8 tsp. Orange Peel, dried (0.23)
Instructions
- Prior to measuring, use a mortar and pestle or a food processor to crush the Dandelion Leaves to a size similar to the other ingredients.
- Add all of the ingredients to a tea envelope. A tea infuser can be used, but some powder from the ingredients may end up in the final tea.
- Steep with boiling, or near boiling, water for 4 minutes.
