Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. Dandelion Leaves (0.66 g)
  • 1/4 tsp. Mint (0.22 g)
  • 2 Peppercorns OR a pinch of Black Pepper (0.10 g)

Instructions

  • If using peppercorns, place them into a mortar and crush with a pestle.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a tea envelope.  A tea infuser can be used, but some powder from the ingredients may end up in the final tea.
  • Steep with boiling, or near boiling, water for 4 minutes.
